Making an account with Raelles Atelier allows you to view exclusive membership content, save your preferred payment methods and shipping addresses to make checkout quicker, get access to your online order information, and easily recover your lost shopping carts.
Below, you will find some troubleshooting help for questions commonly asked by account holders.

Change your Account Email Address
You can change which email is associated with your Raelles Atelier account in the account menu when you are logged in and only if you have verified the email address you are currently using.
To access the account menu, first log in and then click on the Account button in our main menu.

Changing Your Account Email Address
Click Account, then click Profile.
Click your current email address.
In the New field, enter the new email address you would like to use.
In the Confirm New field, enter the new email address again.
Click Save.
Watch for an email to verify the change to your new email address (this email may take up to 5 minutes to arrive).
! Don’t forget to click Verify Email in the message to complete the process.
Please Note:
The verification email is valid for 48 hours. If you need more time to verify your email address, you can return to the Email panel and click Resend Verification Email anytime.
Our Customer Service Team is unable to change your account email on your behalf.
Having trouble changing your email? See if one of these common error codes looks familiar:

This means: The email addresses in the New field and the Confirm New field are not exactly the same.
To resolve the issue: Please review the email addresses you have entered into these fields and fix any mistakes.

This means: You have entered a new email address that is already connected to a current Raelles Atelier account. At this time, it is not possible to merge separate customer accounts.
To resolve the issue: If you would like to recover your current account, try following the steps listed under the“Changing your Account Password” section. Alternatively, you can choose a different email address to create a brand new Raelles account.

This means: You have entered an email address that you have used with us before (perhaps to receive our newsletter), but it is not yet associated with a Raelles account.
To resolve the issue: Sign out of your current account, then click Sign in on our site, and create a new account with the email address you wish to use.

This means: The email address as you have entered it cannot receive messages. This is usually caused by a mistake when typing the address.
To resolve the issue: Please review the email address for typos or enter a different valid email address.

This means: When you initially set up your account, you didn’t complete the verification process.
To resolve the issue: Log in to your Raelles account. Open your Account from our main menu, then click on your Profile. In the Email panel, find and click Resend Verification Email (this may take up to 5 minutes to arrive). Follow the instructions in the email, and once you are verified, you should be able to change your account email using the steps above.

Change your Account Password
Having trouble logging in to Raelles Atelier? Follow the steps below to update your password and recover your account.
Changing Your Account Password
Head to our main menu and click Login
When the pop-up opens, look under the Sign In button. Click where it says Forgot Password?.
Enter the email address associated with your Raelles Atelier account and click Send Reset Link.
Check your email for a message from us titled Reset Password Request. Click on the Reset Password button. (This email may take up to 5 minutes to arrive)
Type in your new password and click Reset and Sign In to save.
Please Note:
Passwords must be 10 characters in length.
The link in the Reset Password Request email will expire after 24 hours.

Change your Payment Method
If you have an account with Raelles Atelier, you can easily add or change your payment method(s) in the account menu. How you make the change depends on whether your payment method is being used to make checkout quicker when you make one-time purchases, or if you will be using it to pay for an active membership or subscription.
To access the account menu, first log in and then click on the Account button in our main menu.

Changing or Adding a Saved Payment Method for Future Purchases
To add a payment method to your account for future use, you can:
Click Account in the navigation menu.
Click Payment.
Click a payment method listed in the menu to edit the information, delete it, or set it as default.
Click Add New Payment Method to add a new card to your account. You will then be prompted to fill out the card details and billing information for the new payment method.
Click Save.
This will add a new payment method to your account that you can then use for future purchases.
Please Note:
Adding a credit card in the Payment panel doesn't change the card that's charged for any active subscriptions or memberships.
Changing the Payment Method for an Active Membership or Subscription
To change the card that an active membership or subscription charges to, you can:
Click Account in the navigation menu.
Click Memberships or Subscriptions, then click the membership or subscription you would like to change.
In Settings, click Payment Method.
Click Update Payment Method, then select a saved payment method to make changes to. Or click Add New Payment Method to enter a new payment method.
Click Save.
After saving your changes, your next payment for the membership or subscription will be charged to the updated card.
Please Note:
If you have more than one membership or subscription, you will need to repeat the steps above to update your card on each one.

Delete Your Raelles Account or Data
When you shop with Raelles Atelier, make an account on our website, sign up for our newsletter, or otherwise interact in any way where you share your data with us, this data is stored safely in your profile within our system. While this data cannot be deleted directly by you, it can be deleted by our Service Team at any time upon your request - no questions asked.
To request that your account or data be deleted from our records, please fill out the ticket below. Before you begin, read your options carefully, as they each mean very different things about the way your data will be retained.
Deleting your Raelles Atelier Account
Deleting your account means we will be removing your saved payment information, saved shipping address, and saved billing address from our records. Some of your data will remain in our records after account deletion. This includes your name, contact information such as your phone number and email, your order history, and your product review history.
You can choose to receive our newsletters to your email inbox even after your account has been deleted. If you later wish to restore your account, all you have to do is create a new customer account using the same email address you used previously. You will then have access to your entire order history and product review history on our website under that email address.
! Deleting your account does not remove all of your data from our system. If you would like all of your details removed from our records, select “YES” under the “DELETE ALL DATA” section of the request ticket.
Deleting your Raelles Atelier Data
Deleting your data means we will be removing your entire profile and everything we know about you from our records. This includes your Raelles Atelier account and account history, your name, contact information such as your phone number and email, your order history, and your product review history.
Once your data is deleted, you will not be able to log in or recover your information. If your deleted profile has any previous orders associated with it, we will still keep the details about what was purchased and when within our system. After deletion, your name will appear as “Anonymous User”, and your email will appear as “no-reply@raelles.com” on our end. We do not keep any of your identifying details anywhere in our profile records after data deletion.
! This is a permanent loss of data and cannot be undone, even by our Service Team. If you would like the option to restore your account or recover your information, select “NO” under the “DELETE ALL DATA” section of the request ticket.
Please Note:
Our Customer Service Team is unable to delete your account OR your data if you have an active product subscription or if you are currently a member of a pricing plan with a recurring membership fee. You will need to terminate any subscriptions or memberships before we can help with a deletion request.
A deletion is NOT a ban; deletion simply removes your information from our current records. You will still be able to use the same contact and payment information with us in the future if you wish to, even after your requested deletion is complete.
